Kemps milk on sale for 2/$6. I have a $1 coupon that doubles. That is just $2 a gallon for milk.
Vitamins 4.99. I have a $1 coupon that doubles. 2.99 for vitamins.
Riceland Rice on sale for 1.14. I have a .50 coupon that doubles. Just .14
Kc Masterpiece 1.87. I have a .50 coupon that doubles. Just .87.
Pillsbury biscuits on sale for $1. I have a $1 off 2. It doubles and they are FREE!

Six boxes of Cereal original price 21.90. I automatically get $9 off at the register. Then I have $6 worth of coupons. 6.90. Then I get a 3.75 coupon for a free milk. Great deal.
Go-Gurt on sale for 2/$4. I have a .75 off coupon that doubles. This makes them just 1.25 each.

At walmart they have Johnsonville patties 32oz boxes for 5.48. I have a by one get one coupon and a friend gives me $1 off coupons for each box. Yes, I paid just 3.48 for 2 boxes. YEAH.
My other big deal is of course for cereal. I have learned you do not need to pay lots of money for cereal. Just wait for a sale and use coupons. So here it is.
6 boxes of cereal. Orginal price 21.90. Now that is crazy. So by purchaseing 6 I get automatic $9 off at the register then I use a coupon for every box. This brings by total to just 5.90. Well then with my purchase I get vouchers for a future trip for 5.25. Yes, this makes my purchase out of pocket expense only $.65. So there you have it. 6 boxes of cereal only .65. I just love coupons.

Pick N Save- Remember it's double coupon day on Wednesdays!!! So today I scored Garnier shampoo and conditioner for .50. Sale price 2.50. I have 2 $1 off coupons that double. This make the two bottles just .50 each!
Minute Rice Steamers. On sale for 1.99. Plus buy 1 Get 1. I have two $1 off coupons that will double. They paid me 1.99 to take them from the store.

Sometimes life just seems to be going way to fast. We have enjoyed summer thus far and have seen the Lord working in amazing ways. Here are a few summer favorites. Our church is doing great and so many exciting things have happened. We have had so many groups come and help and seen God working to keep us in eau claire despite Greg's lay off nearly 7 wks ago. So many times it has been easy to doubt or worry but God know our every need and he has provided in so many ways. We are praising him for his amazing love. God's word tells us He will grow His church. We are seeing him work here in eau claire through victory baptist church.

John had the privelate of being a little ringbearer in a wedding on Saturday. ( It was one of Greg's co-workers.) He was such a Ham. He stood still for pictures, walked down the isle very slowly, and took the rings to the best man during the ceremony. I never new a 3 year old could be so good. So anyway here are some pics of him being a little Man. He was dissappointed at the end of the day and with a sigh said "No more Wedding?"

John has always had a need for speed. So of course go-karting is right up his alley. He smiled the whole time and they were really going to fast for an action picture so these are before they left. He loved every minute!

What is on Fire?

We had an adventureous weekend! We started out by going to family camp and meeting up with some of our great friends. The Bums decided to follow us home wich we were very excited about. They helped with our Sunday services wich was a huge blessing. We then went to action city and had a great time playing and fellowshiping. We went back to there motel for a swim and then the girls went to dinner and the guys went to a baseball game. I guess this is when the fire started. On our way back we recieved a phone call from our husbands that the motel was on fire they were staying at. Well, if you know our husbands, you would know they like to "get us going". So we were not believing the tail at all. So as we drove closer and smelled the smoke and then saw the smoke we were a little suprised. But in it all we saw the Lord and he is always amazing. No one was hurt and the Bums were able to get all there stuff out later that evening. They also were moved to a very nice motel where they enjoyed the rest of there time in eau claire. So here is a few pics of our adventureous weekend.

Big Accomplishment

Alyssa has graduated to no training wheels. We took them off on a Friday and by Tuesday she was ready to go on a long bike ride. She is riding everywhere and enjoying her new freedom. I cannot believe how big she is getting.

One of my most enjoyable times as a mom is watching my kids come up with crazy dress up outfits. They love it and it is cheap to pick up things at garage sales or thrift shops. Here are a fews pics I am sure they will want to burn later in life but I enjoy the laugh now. Sometimes Grandpa evens joins the fun. He thought he would look good on a Harley in his princess helmet.

As many of you may know we voted the change the name of our church. So as not to confuse anyone, we are now Victory Baptist Church. Please pray for us as all the changed take place during this process of changing the name. We are so greatful to the Lord for his guidance during this process.

We recently were in watertown and it happened to be mothers day weekend. The ladies at Fellowhip graciously invited Alyssa and I to a ladies tea. Alyssa was able to catch up with her friend Kendra. They met in the church nursery and have been two peas in a pod ever since. They cherish each moment together now though because they live 3 hours apart. Discovering New Places

As you may know we moved about 10 months ago, I love finding new, free places to take the kids. Many times this means a park. I found this park on my way to a Dr. Appt. and took the kids there a couple of weeks ago. It is beautiful. It is right along the river and has a huge playground. (The little girl is one of my daycare kids. )

This slide is huge. Both of my kids climbed the stairs thinking they were going down. They chickened out when they looked down the slide.

Three Little Blessings

As many of you may know we have struggled to get pregnant. Well finally after two years the Lord blessed us with Alyssa. I call her our little miracle because I was beginning to wander if we would ever have children. She is our first little blessing. Then after another three years the Lord blessed us with Johnathan. He was our second little blessing.

And now the Lord has chosen to bless us with our third little blessing. Yes, I am pregnant. I am due in October. The kids are absolutely thrilled. So all of our kids are three years apart. Many people have commented on how we planned that all just perfect. No, the Lord in his time has chosen to give us these three little miracles. We are rejoicing to know our third little blessing.

So the answer to the question is, You each lick one side. My kids love licking spoons or beaters when I am cooking and so when there was only one spoon they both licked a side. It was kind of commical to watch them.

Birthday Month

We started our crazy month with celebrating John's birthday the weekend before his actual birthday because he wanted it at Grandma and Grandpa Robotti's house. He had a Thomas the train birthday.

This is our sick little boy on his birthday. It is no fun having the stomach flu when you are suppose to be celebrating.

Next we celebrated Alyssa's 6th birthday with a pony party. She had a blast and love all the cousins and family that came to help her celebrate.

Having a two year old boy (almost 3) is quite an adventure and one of the most enjoyable experiences. I have captured a few of our entertaining moments lately. Here is what I think he may be thinking but who knows?

I love my sister!
I have conquered my fear of the big glob of glue.

On our basement steps is this huge glob of glue from glue the steps together. He has always thought is was this huge bug and is very afraid when he walks past it. This morning he told me he petted the glue. I thought he had made a mess or something when in reality he had just petted the glue.

If all else fails when you want your sister to play with you just put polly pockets in the

train and you can have a blast.

I can dress myself. Even if I have my arm through the head hole. I can definately do it myself!

I can even put my coat, hat , and boots on by myself. (The hat is inside out then rolled for the nascar to show and his coat is backwards and upside down. His boots are actually on the right feet.

Talking on the phone is a very enjoyable time especially when you are a cowboy.

The Little Flower Girls

Alyssa and Kendra have been the best of friends since the day they met in the church nursery. They were able to be flower girls in a wedding this weekend and they had a blast. Most people have fun in the sun, but we had a blast making a snowman and having a snowball fight. It was very warm here on Saturday and all week we had been talking about our snowman. Saturday morning we all headed out for fun in the snow. Of course by that evening the temps were so warm all we had left was a pile of snow. John wanted to know where he went. Having a two year old is one of the best things in life.

What is the purple Christmas tree. Well it was Alyssa's Christmas present when she was three. Grandma and Grandpa gave it to her because if you asked what she wanted for Christmas she would say a purple christmas tree. She loves it and we put it up in her room every year. They get to put there ornanments on it. Like Dora and Bob the Builder and even a tractor. So here they are decorating the tree. Even the angel is one Alyssa made in Sunday School.

During Thankgiving vacation one of our friends from watertown came to visit. Joshua, Alyssa, and Johnathan had a great time playing together. They had fun finger painting, coloring, doing a turkey craft and eating three, yes three, thanksgiving dinners. They also had a good time just playing together.

The Pumpkin Patch

We had a great day at the pumpkin patch. We invited all the cousins and they loved it. Too bad John is the only boy. Grandpa and Uncle Luke tagged along to keep him company. John was still a little ornary and didn't really want his picture taken. He mostly just wanted to sit on the tractor. Alyssa just wanted to giggle with all the girls I think. We all had a great time and then went to culvers for lunch and the park after that. It was a beautiful fall day. We had to enjoy the weather while we had the chance.

Through the eyes of a child

I am soooo thankful I am able to be stay at home mom. My kids truely are a blessing. Some days are so much more difficult than others. Then there are the days or even the moments when you know it is worth it all. Like when they tell you there perspective on the situation. Sometimes the things we see as annoyances, they see totally different. Recently we were driving through the intersection that is in front of our house,( it has been under road construction almost since we have moved here), and Alyssa says "Mom, I think I need to make a thank-you card for these road construction guys, they have been working so hard. I just appreciate all there hard work."(By the way, she really did say appreciate)

Now John, his perspective is still a bit amazing to me. Everytime we drive by he says "Digger". You see all he thinks about is the fact that he can see these large pieces of machinery every time he is in the car. He would love to go for a ride.

Now what person thinks of making them a Thank-You Card. Probably 99.9% of all adults are annoyed every day that they have to take forever to get anywhere needless to say all the dust and noise. Well, and most of us do not care about the "Big Digger".

Even this one small situation can teach us so many things. Being a child means not worrying about how many extra minutes it takes you or all the extra traffic. Sometimes I think seeing it through there eyes can open up a whole new view. You see those men they are working hard and we all appreciate it when it is done. To a five year old though she saw something else and my two little boy he saw something fun.

Sometimes just take a moment at try to see something through there eyes. There is a lot to be learned.

Amazing Grace

My husband and I attended a meeting this Monday and Tuesday that was so powerful in our lives I wanted to share it with all of you.

The church we took back in June is a church plant and has beeen struggling financially for quite some time. Greg was asked to share a bit about our church at an annual meeting of baptist churches in wisconsin. We have been really praying about getting a furnace in our church as the old one is way to ineffecant to run this winter. We would probably would have had to close the dooors of the building do to the heating bill. When Greg was done talking and telling of our burden another man asked all the other churches to consider helping us. Well the Lord blessed beyond our comprehension. Needless to say our church will have a new furnace and be able to pay off all of our utility bills. My husband and I were so moved we were in tears of rejoicing to our amazing God. We went to this meeting to present our ministry but God in his amazing grace showed us more love and compassion than we could imagine. We were so encourage and so convicted. We are here to be his servants. He wants us to share his grace with others and stay true to him. So as we endeavour to see our church grow and for souls to be saved we know we can lean on him in every trial. He is so amazing and so gracious.

Sometimes in our prayer lives we pray and pray and pray. Being patient and waiting on God is sometimes the hardest part of being a Christian. If we are seeking His will He will answer and many times it is exceedingly abundant. I just wanted to share with all of you the amazing God we serve. He did answer our prayer and he answered it way beyond our comprehension!

Family Vacation

We had a great time just taking a break. I had checked the weather before we left but I guess the forcast changed. The first night we had a great time making smores and watching the fire. The next day we went fishing. Greg caught quite a few fish. On Friday Greg's parents and brother and sister-in-law joined us. We were able to still have a fire and such that night. We went fishing in the morning and from noon on it rained and rained and rained. We were not prepared for the cold. We only each had one sweatshirt and the kids each had a jacket. So anyway our camping adventure was still fun and we had a good time with our family. Next time though, we will have lots of warm clothes.

Piece of Cake???

Recently one of the couples in our church celebrated there 25th wedding anniversary. Praise the Lord. There family had a suprise party for them. I asked if I could do anything to help and they responded that I could make a cake that was some what weddingish. Well sometimes I get these great ideas and sometimes not so great ideas. I decided I was going to go all the way and just make a wedding cake. Now you see the only cakes I have ever made have been the kids birthday cakes. So now realizing I have a lot of work to do I went to talk to my mom who works in a bakery/deli. She has never made a decorated cake either. She offered her help anyhow. This kind lady by God's grace gave me some great advice in the cake decorating isle. I also had a crash course in rose making and so did my mom. Well as you can see it wasn't a complete disaster and actually it was fun. My only piece of advice is you need more than 2 hours to decorate a cake. So anyway, was my idea great? At the time I was not thinking so. But now that everything turned out and the cake actually did make it to the party, it wasn't such a bad idea.
And by the way, Thanks mom, I love you!!

Another Good-Bye

As many of you know we have been very close to Phil and Tiffany for the past almost 3 years. Our apartments for the past year have been back to back and we spent a lot of time with them. The Lord has seen fit to seperate our live through great distance. Phil and Tiffany went to Florida this past month. We went to say good-bye and help a bit with packing. Our kids litterally think they are family. In fact when we went to take a picture of all of us Alyssa said "we need another family picture." We will miss them terribly but we do have this awesome internet to keep in touch. So anyhow, here is our last day with our great friends. Hopefully sometime soon we can see each other agian.

Thank-you Fellowship church family for all the great memmories and love. We will miss you greatly. Please pray for our new ministry God has opened the door for.

Greg gives pastor a hug of thank-you and see you later. Greg has looked up to him for so many years and he will definately be greatly missed by the Robotti family along with his wife and family. Thank-you for all you have done.

This was Gregs last time at Fellowship so they had a reception for us to bid us good-bye. It has been a tramendous blessing to serve at Fellowship. We have both grown in the Lord so much. We appreciated all the Godly teaching and love God's people showed our family. So as we move to a new chapter, we will not forget all we have learned. God will use that chapter of our lives to help us write the next one. We were presented with a beautiful certificate and a gift from the church family.

Moved

Ok, so I wasn't able to keep updated during our move. We are now all in Eau Claire. It was very tough saying good-bye to everyone in Watertown. There is no pics in this entry because we cannot get my computer to connnect to the internet. We are trying and hopefully soon all will be up and running agian. The move did go well, all considered. Everything is in the new place and working well. Please continue to pray for us as we adjust. We are very excited about what the Lord has for us here in Eau Claire. A huge thank-you to all of those who helped us during our move. Praise the Lord for lots of friends and family that came to help us.

Another little note. We are aunt and Uncle agian. My brother now has a son.
Daylyn michael. I got the call on Saturday during the unpacking of boxes. He is adorable.

Change in Direction

Over the past couple of months the Lord has led us in a new direction. We will miss our church family in Watertown tramendously. The Lord has opened the door for Greg to pastor CITA Baptist church in Eau Claire WI. So as we move and pack I will try to keep udated a bit. We are looking forward to the new ministry the Lord has for us. the church

The kids were so excited to finally see there grandparents. We hadn't seen them since Christmas.

Luke 24:6a He is not here, but He has risen.

We had a great Easter celebrating our risen savior. We had a morning breakfast and church and worshiped our loving Lord with our church family.

Alyssa wanted her hair curly and since it is short is was very curly. Adorable!!!

John loves his Bible. He loves to sing the B-I-B-L-E.

I could not get the kids to cooperate so here is one of the best shots I could get of them together.

I colored eggs for the first time with the kids. They enjoyed it and made a mess. I had fun too.

This tea set was one of the highlights of the party. All the girls oohed and aahed over her tea set. And as you can see Nathan enjoyed it too.

Snow, Oh so much snow!

We didn't let the snow stop us from having fun. We received about 12in of snow that night and the previous day. Church was canceled and Greg cleaned the sidewalks. In some areas there was four feet of snow from the wind making drifts. Alyssa has been waiting all winter to make a snowman and she finally was able too.

Tiffany was not to excited about the snowman, being from California, but we all had a great time building the snowman.Building our snowman

I thoroughly enjoy being able to be with the kids all the time. These are just a few pictures of the fun we have during the day. They bring much joy and laughter to our lives.

We took Alyssa bowling on a church activity and Daddy took this in action shot.
